Returns

You can return an unused item in new condition within 14 days of receiving it, if it is not as you needed (this includes defective and non-defective items).

Please do not send anything back until we have agreed how to handle it. Email support@shape-shop.co.uk with your order details (or what you bought) and why you want to return it. We will confirm next steps.

Returns are by mail after we agree. You are responsible for return postage. We do not offer exchanges. There is no restocking fee.

Once we receive the returned item and confirm it is unused and in new condition, we will process your refund.
