These terms cover sales of goods from The Shape Shop, 16 Linkside Road, L25 9NY, United Kingdom through https://www.shape-shop.co.uk. Contact: support@shape-shop.co.uk.

Prices are in GBP as shown on the product pages. We deliver to the UK only. UK shipping is banded, the same as our eBay shop: smaller orders go Royal Mail Large Letter from GBP 2.05 and larger ones go Royal Mail Tracked 48 from GBP 4.15, with small extras for some additional items as set out on the Shipping page. Checkout works out the service and shows the amount. You pay when you complete card checkout via Stripe.

We dispatch within the UK only. We do not offer international shipping. See the Shipping page for timing. We do not claim next-day delivery.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. For other losses, our liability is limited to the price you paid for the goods in the relevant order, plus shipping.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
