Pipe sizes are easy to mix up. Print this sheet, measure across the outside of your pipe and use the tables below to pick the right size. Pipe sizes vary by brand, so check fit before ordering.
- Print at 100% (actual size). Don't use "Fit to page" or "Scale to fit".
- Before using the sheet, measure the 10cm line with a ruler. It must measure exactly 10cm. If it doesn't, check your print settings and print again.
How to measure
- Measure across the outside of the pipe, at its widest point (on corrugated pipe, across the outer ribbed edge).
- Lay the pipe end on the circles on the sheet and find the one closest to your pipe.
- Match that size to the tables below.
Corrugated land drain is named by its nominal size (50, 60, 80 or 100mm). Underground drainage pipe is 110mm or 160mm.
